Cancelling And Rescheduling Scheduled Services
You the buyer is responsible and agree if you schedule a service with Housekeepers Of Waxahachie via website or in person and you need to cancel our services to please notify us 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Reschedule appointment availability may vary and a fee for next servicing may apply. You the buyer is responsible and agree that if you book based on an online quote with Housekeepers Of Waxahachie, management reserves the right to cancel services upon arrival to property under Semi Neglected or Neglected Condition and under our other terms and conditions.
Satisfaction Of Services
You the buyer is responsible and agree to payment of all services and products purchased and completed by Housekeepers Of Waxahachie. In the event that you are not satisfied with a service you agree to call us directly on the day of services. We will gladly reservice issue area as soon as possible.
Damaged Property
You the buyer are responsible and agree to immediately notify us of any damages to your property caused by Housekeepers Of Waxahachie. You the buyer agree to submit photos immediately. Housekeepers of Waxahachie will review and handle the matter in a timely manner and will offer a proper solution accordingly. You the buyer is responsible and agree Housekeepers Of Waxahachie does not clean damaged or broken property.
Surveillance Cameras
You the buyer is responsible and agree not to use video of Housekeepers Of Waxahachie employees in a form of video sale, publicly shared, advertised or media posts without our written consent other than for personal purposes and as permitted by law.
Permission to Enter Dwelling Place
You the buyer agree to hire our services and agree to give Housekeepers Of Waxahachie permission to enter dwelling place with or without you being present for the purpose of completing services purchased through our website and in person.
Discontinue Of Services
You the buyer is responsible and agree Housekeepers Of Waxahachie does not require contracts you can discontinue services at any time by simply notifying Housekeepers Of Waxahachie. You the buyer is responsible and agree Housekeepers Of Waxahachie reserves the right to cancel, reschedule and discontinue services at any time with or without reason.
Courtesy Of Clients and Employees
You the buyer is responsible and agree Housekeepers Of Waxahachie does not tolerate any kind of abuse and disrespect towards employees we will immediately terminate providing cleaning services.
Guest And Holidays
You the buyer is responsible and agree Housekeepers Of Waxahachie will apply a 30% fee or more for additional and above normal cleaning services during guest stay at anytime this includes Holidays.
Fridays
You the buyer is responsible and agree Housekeepers Of Waxahachie will charge an additional fee of $20 for All services provided on Any Friday.
Pet Fees
You the buyer is responsible and agree Housekeepers Of Waxahachie will apply a $12 or more pet fee if applicable.
Residence Sq. Footage Discrepancy
You the buyer is responsible and agree Housekeepers Of Waxahachie will cancel, reschedule and will revise service quote fees for cleaning services in the event of any room additions to the house in which county assessor is unaware.
